Men's Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
Restore energy, build muscle, and feel like yourself again — with physician-supervised testosterone optimization.
Low testosterone is one of the most underdiagnosed and undertreated conditions in men's health. It doesn't always look like what you'd expect. It rarely announces itself dramatically. More often it shows up quietly — as fatigue that won't lift, motivation that's harder to find, muscle that won't come despite consistent training, or a general sense that something is just off.
If that sounds familiar, your hormones may be worth a closer look.
At Stone House Wellness, men's hormone optimization is physician-supervised, data-driven, and built around your labs and your symptoms — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
What We Treat
You may be a candidate for testosterone optimization if you're experiencing:
-
Persistent fatigue or low energy despite adequate sleep
-
Decreased motivation, drive, or mental clarity
-
Difficulty building or maintaining lean muscle despite consistent training
-
Decreased libido or sexual function
-
Mood changes, irritability, or increased anxiety
-
Changes in body composition — particularly increased fat around the midsection
These symptoms are common as men age. They are not inevitable — and they are not something you simply have to accept.
Our Approach
Men's hormone optimization at Stone House starts with a comprehensive lab panel that goes well beyond a basic testosterone level. We evaluate total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, and a full metabolic and cardiovascular panel — because hormones don't operate in isolation and neither should your treatment plan.
From there, your protocol is built around your data, your symptoms, and your goals. We offer multiple treatment approaches depending on what your labs and clinical picture indicate — because the right therapy for you depends on your biology, not a standard formula.
We monitor your response over time, adjust your protocol as needed, and keep a close eye on the markers that matter — including testosterone levels, estradiol balance, hematocrit, and PSA — to ensure your therapy remains safe and effective over the long term.
