Women's Hormone Optimization (BHRT)

Personalized hormone therapy for women — built around your labs, your symptoms, and your life stage.

Hormonal shifts are a natural part of a woman's life — but the symptoms that come with them don't have to be. Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight gain, and decreased libido are among the most commonly reported complaints in women's health, and among the most commonly dismissed.
At Stone House Wellness, we take these symptoms seriously. Women's hormone optimization is physician-supervised, personalized to your biology, and built around a comprehensive picture of your hormonal health — not just a single number on a lab report.

What We Treat

Women's BHRT may be appropriate if you're experiencing:

  • Fatigue, mood changes, or brain fog without another clear explanation

  • Irregular cycles, perimenopause, or menopause-related symptoms including hot flashes and night sweats

  • Sleep disruption or poor sleep quality

  • Decreased libido or changes in sexual function

  • Weight gain or changes in body composition despite consistent effort

  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort

  • Anxiety, irritability, or low mood

These symptoms span a wide range of life stages — from perimenopause through post-menopause and beyond. They are common. They are not inevitable.

Our Approach

Women's hormone optimization at Stone House begins with a comprehensive lab panel covering estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, FSH, LH, and thyroid function — because women's hormonal health is a complex, interconnected system and we treat it that way.
Your protocol is built around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals. We offer multiple delivery methods to accommodate individual preference and clinical need:

  • Injectable — precise dosing with consistent absorption, particularly for testosterone

  • Oral / Troches — convenient and effective for progesterone and some estrogen protocols

  • Topical Cream — transdermal delivery for localized or systemic hormone support

  • Patches — steady, continuous hormone release for patients who prefer a low-maintenance option

Your care team monitors your response over time and adjusts your protocol as your needs evolve. Hormone optimization is an ongoing partnership — not a prescription written once and forgotten.

What to Expect

Step 1 — Free Discovery Call (5–10 minutes)
A brief conversation to make sure Stone House is the right fit for your goals.

Step 2 — Onboarding Consultation (60 minutes — $100, applied toward your program)
A comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, life stage, and goals. We order your lab panel at this visit.

Step 3 — Lab Work
Comprehensive hormone panel completed at an external lab, evaluated against optimal functional ranges.

Step 4 — Protocol Development
Your provider reviews your results with you in detail and builds your personalized hormone optimization protocol — including delivery method, dosing, and monitoring schedule.

Step 5 — Ongoing Monitoring
Regular check-ins with your care team. Follow-up labs every 3–12 months, with focused panels targeting any previously abnormal markers.

Transparent Pricing

Women's hormone optimization is highly individualized — your protocol depends on your labs, your symptoms, your life stage, and which hormones need addressing. Rather than publish a price that may not reflect your specific needs, we keep it simple:

New Patient Onboarding Consultation — $100
Applied in full toward your treatment program upon enrollment.

During your onboarding visit your provider will review your health history, order your comprehensive hormone panel, and outline your personalized protocol. Once your labs are back we'll sit down together, walk through your results, and give you a clear, transparent breakdown of your ongoing costs before anything is prescribed.

No surprises. No commitment until you're ready.

Lab work is billed directly by the external lab. Lab work is required at your initial visit to establish your baseline. Follow-up labs are repeated every 3–12 months (depending on stability of levels), with focused panels targeting any previously abnormal markers.

*Lab work waived at the provider's discretion for patients with comprehensive labs completed within the prior 6 months.

We are a direct-pay practice and do not bill insurance. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA. Itemized invoices are available upon request for self-submission to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
